The Usos’ return from heel to face came full circle at the Greatest Royal Rumble, but it wasn’t enough to get the Smackdown tag team titles back around their waists. The Bludgeon Brothers retained the championship Friday, using their strength advantage to grind down the former five-time tag titlists.
Greatest Royal Rumble results: Bludgeon Brothers retain Smackdown tag titles
Luke Harper kicked out of an Uso splash, and it was over from there.

Neither team earned much of a response from a spotty crowd groggily returning from an in-ring break that included some analysis and a five-minute hype video for Saudi Arabia that totally didn’t seem like propaganda for a nation in desperate need of rehabilitating an image marred by countless human rights violations, no sir. The Bludgeon Brothers (BBs? Bludg-oes? BludBros?) took over early before Jimmy Uso could play the Robert Gibson to his brother’s Ricky Morton and rally his team.
An Uso splash brought a near-fall, but Luke Harper was able to kick out and further establish the Bludg-oes as a monster team. He’d tag Rowan in for a splash-powerbomb combination that knocked out Jimmy Uso and continued the other Brothers’ reign as champions.
Should I re-watch this one later?: Not unless you really like Luke Harper.
