March Madness odds: Opening lines for Sweet 16 round of 2025 NCAA men’s basketball tournament

The NCAA tournament is wrapping up the first week and the Sweet 16 field is settling. We have the opening point spreads, totals, and moneyline odds for next week’s third round.

The 2025 NCAA men’s basketball tournament is working its way through the second round and the heavyweights are advancing to the Sweet 16. The tournament has not featured much of the usual drama, but it also means we’re getting some big programs headed into the second weekend. Maybe we’ll see some drama next weekend.

As each matchup is settled, we’ll be providing the opening odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook. The lines will change, and so these will simply be the odds from when they first open. Keep an eye out because the lines will change for each game, with some more drastic than others.
