The Bulls and Heat do not like each other

Game 2 has already been exceedingly chippy.

There has been some basketball played in Game 2 between the Bulls and Heat, but it's mostly been shouting, bumping, pushing and shoving. Five technical fouls and one flagrant and so very many personal fouls were issued in the first quarter and change for such infractions as:

We haven’t seen a true fight, but these two teams definitely do not like one another, and the game has become duly chippy as a result.
