Barack Obama, Joe Biden exercise by jogging around the White House
Totally normal and cool. Definitely how it happens.
But yeah, this is really how Obama and Biden exercise. They can’t lie about it because they are sworn by oath not to lie, because they are the president and vice president. (Obama really does love to jog while wearing a suit, so it’s at least plausible.) A couple notes:
- I’m impressed that Bo and Sunny just sit there without giving chase:

- Biden seems to have a superior economy of motion. Obama’s wasting a lot of energy with head-bobbing and arm-shaking. Or, actually, Biden looks genuinely winded by the end of this, so it may be that.
- Water?
