Nene ejected from Bulls-Wizards after tangling with Jimmy Butler

No punches thrown, not even any shoves, just some head-butting and grappling between Jimmy Butler and Nene:

The two exchanged a bit of live-ball contact, then mushed their heads together, then Nene upped the ante by grabbing Butler behind the neck as if to tackle him (after Butler seemingly exhorted him to do it) and got tossed for it. Playoff basketball!
