This man has a Seahawks logo on his prosthetic eye

His eye has an eye!

James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

La la laaaa, scrolling through Twitter, everything is fine, just checking out what people have to sa-- WAIT WHAT:

Yeah. Via KIRO TV, Bill VandenBush is a veteran who lost his right eye in Vietnam. He’s also a Seahawks fan, which his wife kept in mind for their tenth anniversary:

Every six years VanderBush has to get fitted for a new eye.

This year, following the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl championship run, his wife wanted his new eye to be extra memorable.

With the help of Erickson Laboratories in Seattle, his wife surprised him with an eye that showcases the Seahawks logo as the pupil.

He also has a normal-looking eye for occasions at which a pupil that is a mean hawk with a green pupil of its own might be inappropriate. I can’t imagine such an occasion, but it doesn’t hurt to have a backup.
