7-year-old with heart condition attends Panthers camp, catches a pass from Cam Newton

Matthew McCaskill, a 7-year-old from Ft. Bragg with a rare heart condition called truncus arteriosus, joined the Carolina Panthers at minicamp Wednesday. He was hosted by Kelvin Benjamin, whose job he quickly stole:

The Panthers will also have a 6-year-old with cancer act as coach for a day later this summer. It’s all very nice, and a fine way to use extra time at camp. Good job, Panthers.
