Austin Dillon and several fans in his way sustained only minor injuries after Dillon’s car flipped through the catch fence down the front stretch of Sunday’s Coke Zero 400. It’s a miracle no one was more seriously hurt. Instagram user Dylan Whitlock captured this video of the wreck from just feet away:

Dillon suffered only bruises, and of the five fans struck by scattered debris, only one required hospitalization -- and has since been released. Drivers around NASCAR described the scene to SB Nation’s Jordan Bianchi. They’re feeling pretty rattled, and very thankful for the catch fence.
