The madness is upon us.

The full field for the 2026 men’s NCAA basketball tournament has been revealed. The First Four gets underway Tuesday in Dayton, with the rest of the action beginning on Thursday with games taking place in Buffalo, Greenville, Oklahoma City, and Portland. First-round games on Friday are set for Tampa, Philadelphia, San Diego, and St. Louis.

Before it all gets started, here is the full field ahead of the 2026 men’s tournament.

East Region Bracket

The East Region is led by Duke, the No. 1 overall seed in the men’s NCAA tournament.

The East Region will be in the upper left of your brackets.
