No. 2 Louisville vs. Manhattan final score: Cardinals pull way in 2nd for 79-51 win
The second-ranked team in the nation cruised to an easy victory on Sunday.

Russ Smith led all scorers with 23 points on 8-18 shooting for the Cardinals. Smith shot 13 three-pointers, and may have been better served to move a little closer to the bucket. He was excellent inside the arc, hitting four of five two-pointers. Smith was also disruptive on the defensive end, tallying five steals.
Peyton Siva posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 assists. Siva also turned the ball over five times, so he has room to improve as the season moves along.
The Jaspers shot themselves in the foot by turning the ball over on an astounding 37 percent of their possessions. But it wasn’t all Manhattan’s mistakes, as the Cardinals did finish with 16 steals.
Rhamel Brown was the high man for Manhattan, scoring 18 points on 7-13 shooting and grabbing 15 rebounds.
