The No. 3 Michigan Wolverines kept their undefeated season going on Saturday night, beating the West Virginia Mountaineers 81-66 at home in the Crisler Center. Trey Burke led all scorers with 27 points, and also added eight assists. The Wolverines shot better than 56 percent from the floor.

Trey Burke powered the Wolverines to their 11th straight win to start the season.


Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 25 points, and went 4-8 from three-point range for Michigan. Nik Stauskas chipped in with 10 points. The Wolverines were able to pick up the win, despite being outrebounded by the Mountaineers, 27-25.
Terry Henderson led the Mountaineers with 23 points, and Juwan Staten had 12 points and five assists. West Virginia shot 37% from the floor as a team, and 30% from three-point range.
The Wolverines play next Dec. 20, when they play Eastern Michigan at the Crisler Center. West Virginia is back in action on Wednesday night, when they host Oakland at WVU Coliseum.
