No. 21 UNLV vs. Portland final score: Runnin’ Rebels get past Portland, 68-60
The No. 21 Runnin’ Rebels flew by an upset bid at the hands of the Pilots on the road Tuesday night.

Forward Anthony Bennett led the Runnin' Rebels with 18 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field, as UNLV shot only 35.5 percent as a team from the floor.
The Runnin’ Rebels used a 10-2 run in the beginning of the second half to tie the score at 42, then, down 47-44, UNLV rattled off a 12-0 run, giving them breathing room midway through the second half.
The Pilots took a 28-22 lead into the halftime break, as Portland jumped out to an eight-point lead early on and hardly trailed in the opening half. A stretch towards the end of the half that saw the Pilots score only three points in more than two minutes didn’t even hurt their lead, as UNLV missed seven consecutive field goals in that same time span.
