No. 2 Duke vs. Temple final score: Blue Devils crush Owls 90-67 in East Rutherford
Duke looked every bit the part of the nation’s No. 2 team in a 90-67 dismantling of Temple.

Duke jumped out to a 46-32 halftime lead with simple, fundamental and poised play. They didn't do anything exceptional, but their error-free basketball overwhelmed Temple. They made simple passes that Temple had trouble moving with and made a point of locking down Khalif Wyatt, who was a dreadful 3-of-15 on the day. By the time it was all over, the Blue Devils were cruising to victory.
In addition to Curry's 23 points, Duke got 16 points from Mason Plumlee and 14 each from Ryan Kelly and Quinn Cook. Plumlee also reeled in 14 rebounds, while Kelly grabbed 10 of his own.
Duke has a measly six turnovers on the day, a testament to how in control they were. They also shot 12-of-20 from three-point range and 22-of-29 from the line. They weren’t special or mind-blowing, just incredibly efficient as they stayed perfect on the season and handed Temple its first loss.
