No. 19 New Mexico vs. Boise State final score: Lobos win overtime thriller, 79-74
New Mexico barely survived an upset bid from Boise State.

The two teams were close throughout the entire second half, with New Mexico tying the game at 63 with 55 seconds remaining on a Hugh Greenwood layup. From there it went to overtime, and the Lobos hung on for a victory.
While Greenwood had the biggest basket for New Mexico, Tony Snell made the most of them for the Lobos. He had 22 points in the victory.
The game was tied at both halftime and at the end of regulation. The loss for Boise State was its first in the Mountain West Conference this season.
It doesn’t get any easier for New Mexico in its next game. The Lobos face Colorado State, which is 14-3, next Wednesday. Meanwhile, Boise State will try to bounce back at Air Force on Saturday.
