This is clearly from the East Carolina broadcast. At 0:16, the announcer goes “Ahh, that looked that might have been unnecessary right there.”
Yea, probably.
Shamarr Bowden, who threw the punch, apologized to Konner Tucker, the target of his haymaker, via Twitter after the game:
