Every year, college basketball gives us its share of crazy endings, and Dayton has come up with an early candidate for the best of 2013-14.
Dayton wins on a crazy steal and last-second 3
The Flyers narrowly avoided an upset at the hands of IPFW thanks to this wacky ending.

The Flyers trailed IPFW by two with six seconds left and were on the verge of being upset at home. Then, with the Mastodons inbounding from underneath the basket, this happened:
A lot unfolded in those six seconds, and it started with a dangerous pass from IPFW. Not only was it a baseball pass that went half the length of the floor, but it was also at a tough angle, almost underneath the basket. That was Khari Price who picked it off. He fell to the floor but somehow managed to maintain control of the ball and push it to Kyle Davis a few feet ahead. Davis found Jordan Sibert on the left wing and he drained the three to put the Flyers ahead.
IPFW’s three-quarter-court heave at the buzzer was off and Dayton escaped. Exactly how they drew it up in practice.
