The Kentucky and Baylor women’s teams delayed the start of the men’s game with its four-overtime battle that ended with Kentucky winning 133-130. In the nightcap, No. 20 Baylor, the men’s version topped the No. 3 Wildcats, 67-62.

    Baylor upset Kentucky Friday night as part of the Big 12/SEC Challenge, 67-62. Kenny Cherry hit a pull-up jumper from the elbow with 40 seconds left to create just enough distance for the Bears to notch a five-point win over the Wildcats, who lost their second game of the season.

    Cherry finished with 18 points, including the game’s most crucial basket. Both teams struggled from the free-throw line in the final minute, but James Young missed a three-pointer to seal to the win for Baylor.
