Connecticut Huskies center Enosch Wolf was suspended indefinitely after being arrested and charged with burglary, The Daily Campus reported on Monday.

The junior center was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct following an incident early Monday morning.

The junior from Germany averages 3.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 0.9 blocks per game for the Huskies.

Wolf’s bond was posted at $500, and a court date was set for Wednesday, Feb. 13. He is being charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal trespass in the first degree and disorderly conduct. Coach Kevin Ollie announced Wolf’s indefinite suspension in a press release issued by the school.
“He has been suspended indefinitely, until the legal and university process is finalized. I have spoken to the players on the team previously, and will continue to speak with them, about their conduct both on and off the basketball court. We have high expectation of our student-athletes at UConn, and I expect my players to live up to those standards.”
University of Connecticut police were initially called to the LaFlesche Building on campus early Monday morning on a report of a domestic disturbance. According to the police report, Wolf was involved in a physical altercation, grabbing the victim’s hair and pushing her head. He stayed in the apartment until police arrived. He refused to leave the apartment after repeated orders from police, and was subsequently arrested.
This is a big blow to the Huskies front court, as the 7'1 Wolf provides some serious size to an otherwise undersized front line. Junior forward Tyler Olander is the second-tallest player on the team playing sizable minutes, and he checks in at 6'9. Wolf's defense has picked up since Big East play began as he averages 1.2 blocks in conference games.
