No. 25 Notre Dame vs. Cincinnati final score: Irish knock off Bearcats, 62-41

Notre Dame improves to 10-5 in the Big East with a 62-41 win over Cincinnati.

Notre Dame jumped out to an early lead and cruised home to a 62-41 win over Big East rival Cincinnati. The Irish jumped out to a big lead early and led, 29-15, at halftime. Cincinnati briefly cut into the lead in the second half, whittling it down to just nine points, but Notre Dame answered with another big run to expand the lead to as many as 21 points in the second half.

The Irish used a balanced offensive attack to take down the Bearcats led by Jerian Grant's 13 points. Tom Knight pitched in 12 while Jack Cooley and Eric Atkins scored 11 each. Notre Dame hammered away at Cincinnati on the glass, finishing with a 41-25 advantage. JaQuon Parker led the Bearcats with 12 points.

Notre Dame improves to 22-6 on the season and 10-5 in the Big East with the win. Cincinnati drops to 19-9 and falls below .500 in the conference at 7-8.
