Indiana scored the last six points of the game, including Cody Zeller's layup with 14 seconds left, to turn a five-point deficit into a one-point lead. Michigan had a shot to win the game on its last possession, but Trey Burke's wild layup attempt missed, and Jordan Morgan's follow-up attempt after corralling the offensive rebound hung on the rim for a lengthy period of time before falling outside of the cylinder.
Zeller scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for the Hoosiers (26-5, 14-4 Big Ten), while Burke finished with 20 points to pace the Wolverines (25-6, 12-6 Big Ten).
