Pac-12 Tournament 2013 schedule and bracket: Arizona-Colorado highlights Thursday slate

After a rousing first round of games that rarely lacked action, the quarterfinals of the Pac-12 Tournament tip off Thursday afternoon from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Thursday’s slate includes four games, with the top-four seeds in the tournament all taking the court for the first time after receiving byes for round one.

The second game of the day features No. 4 Arizona taking on No. 5 Colorado at 5:30 p.m. ET. While the Wildcats have been the better team this season, both games between these two squads were highly contested. Arizona needed overtime to get a win in early January before the Buffaloes got revenge with a 71-58 win at home last month.

The final two games of the day see No. 2 California take on No. 10 Utah at 9 p.m. ET and No. 3 Oregon versus No. 6 Washington at 11:30 p.m. ET.

While the Utes won their first-ever Pac-12 Tournament game Wednesday after two years in the conference, Cal has been playing quite well in recent weeks. Needing to get hot to keep their NCAA hopes alive, the Golden Bears won nine times in ten games before a loss to Stanford last week.

Oregon takes on a Washington team that it’s already beaten twice this season. The Huskies have struggled badly against quality opponents this season, posting a 3-7 record against teams in the RPI Top-50.

5:30 p.m.: No. 4 Arizona vs. No. 5 Colorado(Game 2)
9 p.m.: No. 2 California vs. No. 10 Utah (Game 3)
11:30 p.m.: No. 3 Oregon vs. No. 6 Washington (Game 4)

9 p.m.: Game 1 Winner vs. Game 2 Winner
11:30 p.m.: Game 3 Winner vs. Game 4 Winner
