La Salle upsets Kansas State, reactions vary

La Salle withstood a late rally from Kansas State to pull yet another early-round upset in the NCAA Tournament. Reactions were mixed.

The La Salle Explorers jumped out to an enormous first half lead against Kansas State. The lead was so big, they were able to come away with a win despite hitting just three shots from the field in the entire second half. They sealed the win by forcing Kansas State into a dreadful game-winning shot attempt that didn't hit anything at all. Reactions to the wild finish were...mixed.

La Salle players, they were pretty happy. So happy, they paid homage to America's bro Marshall Henderson by dropping a landshark gesture on everyone.

Kansas State head coach Bruce Weber? Well, he just couldn’t wrap his head around what just happened to his team.
