Livio Jean-Charles had 27 points and Andrew Wiggins scored 17 more as the World team beat the U.S. for the second straight year at the Nike Hoop Summit.

Livio Jean-Charles and Andrew Wiggins led the way for the World team, but Julius Randle and Jabari Parker shined for the U.S.
The 112-98 win the World its first win streak in the 19-year history of the game.
Wiggins is the only ESPN 2013 Top 100 player who has not committed yet and is also ranked as the best recruit in the country. He pushed the World to a double-digit lead early in the third quarter before the U.S. made a run to cut it to three, led by the Kentucky-bound trio of Julius Randle, Andrew Harrison and Aaron Harrison.
Jabari Parker, who has committed to Duke, was also a force all night. He scored a team-high 22 points. Randle had 19 points and eight rebounds.
But just as the U.S. came back, the World was able to quickly extend the lead again. Jean-Charles paced the World on a 22-4 run to ensure the victory. Coming into the Hoop Summit, Jean-Charles was projected to be a late first-round to early second-round pick, but his play in practice and on Saturday night may have opened some eyes. He also finished the game with 13 rebounds.
