The Missouri Tigers survived a hot start from the Long Beach State 49ers, with Mizzou outlasting the 49ers, 69-59. Jabari Brown dropped 22 in the win, nailing a huge three-pointer in the final minutes to ice the victory.
Missouri vs. Long Beach State final score: No. 25 Tigers roll, 69-59
Jabari Brown went off for 22 in Missouri’s last non-conference game of the season.

Long Beach came out firing, with Tyler Lamb hitting back-to-back threes in the opening minutes. He and fellow guard Kris Gulley finished with five triples combined on the day. But Missouri's offense was too much for the 49ers, shooting better than 50 percent from the field in the game.
Brown went 8-12 from the field, including two of four from downtown. Forward Ryan Rosburg grabbed 11 rebounds -- four on the offensive end -- to go along with six points.
Missouri improves to 12-1, with their lone loss coming to Illinois on Dec. 21. Heading into SEC play, the Tigers will have to battle against stacked Kentucky and Florida teams for the conference title. Mizzou hasn’t won the SEC’s regular season title since the 1993-1994 season. They open conference play at home against Georgia on Wednesday.
