NCAA Tournament bracket results and schedule: Kentucky faces UConn for national title
A look back on this year’s NCAA Tournament after three weeks of action, as well as a preview of Monday’s championship.

Just two teams, Connecticut and Kentucky, are alive in the 2014 NCAA Tournament. On Monday night, the Huskies and Wildcats will take the floor at AT&T Stadium with a chance to cut the nets down.
On Saturday, UConn defeated top-seeded Florida, 63-53, after an awful start. The Huskies trailed 16-4 midway through the first half and couldn’t buy a bucket, but the switch suddenly flipped and they ended the half on a 21-6 run. They continued their defensive dominance in the second half and held Florida to just 53 points on 39-percent shooting, including 1-of-10 from behind the arc.

The nightcap brought us an instant classic between Kentucky and Wisconsin. They battled for 40 minutes, and it was Aaron Harrison stealing the spotlight once again as he sunk the game-winning three-pointer with 5.4 seconds remaining. Traevon Jackson had one final chance to win it on the other end, but his shot clanked off the backboard and the side of the rim as the buzzer sounded. UK won, 74-73.
With just one game left, here is a full look at the bracket:
Tip-off for Monday’s national championship is 9:10 p.m. ET. It will be televised on CBS.
