College basketball schedule and results: Duke knocks out Louisville

It’s a great atmosphere in Ames for the battle of No. 11 Iowa State and No. 9 Kansas and plays like this one have the crowd in a frenzy.

Utah State’s Jojo McGlaston threw down a massive dunk against Air Force, but followed it up with a nasty fall. Fortunately, he was able to return to the game.

The Sooners and Cowboys were each ranked in the polls heading into Saturday night’s matchup, but Oklahoma left no doubt who the better is. Buddy Hield scored 27 points on 10-of-10 shooting to power Oklahoma, and his teammates had some fun in garbage time. Very impressive performance out of the Sooners.

The Utah Utes got off to a good start against Arizona in the battle of No. 8 vs. No. 10. The early run was punctuated by a big dunk from Jakob Poeltl on a beautiful pick-and-roll.

Have to work on the landing though.

In time, Colorado freshman Tory Miller may learn to pick and choose when he challenges opponents at the rim. He chose wrong on Saturday and Shaq McKissic did this:

The loss drops Florida to 10-7 on the season. Injuries and inconsistent play in the front court have plagued the Gators all season. It’s tough losing four senior starters, people.
