Kansas was on the ropes the entire night against Baylor in its Big 12 opener on Wednesday evening. When Kansas guard Frank Mason Jr. missed a three-pointer with 24 seconds to play and the Jayhawks only up win, it seemed like the Bears were in prime position to get the go-ahead score.
Baylor blew a golden opportunity against Kansas
The Bears would like to have the end of this game back, we’re guessing.


This is what happened:
Baylor would get the ball back here, but Kansas freshman Kelly Oubre stole the inbounds pass. After the teams traded foul shots, Mason missed the front-end of a one-and-one with four seconds remaining. Down one, Baylor had another chance.
It ... didn’t go so well:
Yep, Baylor couldn’t even get a shot off. That’s a tough loss. We told you conference play in the Big 12 was going to be awesome.
