How to watch 2015 NIT 1st round online, TV schedule, radio and more
The 32-team tournament kicks off Tuesday night with nine games.

The 2015 NIT kicks off Tuesday night with nine first-round games. Having been the first four to miss out on the NCAA Tournament, Colorado State, Old Dominion, Richmond and Temple are the four No. 1 seeds in the 32-team field. While the NIT doesn't quite have the same glamour as the Big Dance, it does provide programs with an opportunity to end their season on a high note.
Realtime Bracket Game
The higher seeds host the first two rounds of contests at their home courts before the tournament moves to Madison Square Garden for the semifinals and championship game. Those semifinal matchups will take place on Tuesday, March 31, with the final scheduled for two days later. Minnesota won the 2014 NIT over Southern Methodist, but the Golden Gophers won’t be back to defend their title.
Each opening-round game will be televised on various ESPN channels, with the first games set to tip off at 7 p.m. ET.
