Four members of Kansas’ cheer squad have been suspended pending an inquiry after a photo that included the caption “Kkk go trump” was posted on Snapchat. The photo was posted on the account of a female cheerleader at Kansas, showing three male members of the school’s spirit squad standing next to each other wearing “K” sweatshirts for Kansas.

The incident came to light following Kansas’ blowout win over UAB in men’s basketball on Monday. Kansas Athletics posted this statement on its Twitter account on Tuesday:
Lili Gagin, whose Snapchat post showed the photo, asserted on Twitter that she did not post the photo to her account, per the Kansas City Star:
“I’m appalled that a snapchat was put out on my snapchat and posted to my account,” Gagin tweeted. “I would never (have) done that & I apologize that it happened.”
The Jayhawks play next against UNC Asheville on Friday.
