Carmelo Anthony and Christian Laettner are two of the greatest players in the history of the NCAA Tournament. Sports Court attempts to determine once and for all who was the very best of the best.Watch on YouTube | Subscribe to SB Nation on YouTube

March Madness and college basketball’s NCAA Tournament has a long and rich history of incredible games and players. From Lew Alcindor back in the 1960s to Ben Simmons today, there has been no shortage of transcendent college hoops players throughout the years. But who’s the best of the best?

Ryan Nanni and Susannah Collins enter Judge Matt Ufford’s courtroom to square off in an attempt to settle the issue. Nanni defends his client, former Syracuse forward Carmelo Anthony, who led his team to an NCAA Championship as an 18-year-old freshman. Susannah, on the other hand, is representing former Duke star and 2x National Champion Christian Laettner.

Compelling arguments are made on behalf of both legendary players, but whose case is stronger? Tempers flare and tension rises as the two passionately make the case that their client is the only right answer for who deserves to stand on a pedestal above all the other all-time great college basketball players.
