The Bucknell Bison are back in the NCAA Tournament for a second straight season after beating Colgate 83-54 on Wednesday night at Sojka Pavilion in Lewisberg, Penn.

Nate Sestina scored 16 points on 7-of-9 shooting in the victory for Bucknell (25-9, 16-2), winners of eight straight games. Center Nana Foulland added 12 points and nine boards.
Patriot League conference player of the year Zach Thomas grabbed 12 rebounds in the win, but scored just five points after being held to just six in Bucknell’s semifinal win over Boston. The senior forward is averaging 20.2 points and 9.2 boards this season.
Wednesday was the third win in three tries for Bucknell this season against Colgate (19-13, 12-6), the conference’s second seed.
Will Rayman scored 17 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in defeat for the Raiders.
This was the fifth Patriot League tournament championship for Bucknell, and their fourth NCAA Tournament trip in the last eight years.
