March Madness is upon us! The NCAA men’s basketball tournament selection committee has finalized the bracket and CBS has unveiled every matchup in the First Four and the first round. We’ve provided the full list of matchups below and added in opening odds as FanDuel Sportsbook made them available.
Opening odds for the first round of the 2025 NCAA men’s basketball tournament

Notably, we’re seeing considerable early movement in the lines. The most notable saw Memphis open as a 1.5-point favorite against Colorado State, but early money has moved it so the Rams are now a 3.5-point favorite as of 7:15 p.m. ET. The numbers below reflect where they opened, not where they currently stand.
The tournament opens with the First Four on Tuesday, March 18 and Wednesday, March 19. The first round then kicks off on Thursday, March 20. The national champion will be crowned on April 7 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Duke enters the tournament as the favorite, installed at +340 ahead of the Selection show. Florida follows at +440 and SEC running mate Auburn is installed at +480.
