The Alabama Crimson Tide hosted at least one fewer visitor than expected for the game against the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday, as 2013 Fort Worth (TX) Arlington Heights defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson cancelled his official visit to Tuscaloosa ($) for unspecified reasons.
A’Shawn Robinson cancelled Alabama visit, will reschedule
Don’t worry though, Tide fans, as Robinson still plans on making it happen at a later date that has yet to be determined.
The longtime Texas commit instead stayed at home in Fort Worth and watched TCU lose to Kansas State.
Is TCU now in the mix with the Longhorns, Crimson Tide, USC Trojans, and Florida State, the other schools that Robinson has visited or plans to visit this fall?
Nope, Robinson told ESPN’s Max Olson.
But the Longhorns do still have some serious competition to worry about for the services of the five-star defensive tackle with trips to Alabama and USC still looming.
