Eldridge Massington at The Opening Wescott Eberts (SB Nation)A consensus four-star prospect ranked as the no. 23 wide receiver nationally and the no. 25 player in the state of Texas, Massington is currently trying to work his way back from an ACL injury he sustained last summer during a camp at Tennessee that caused him to miss his entire senior season. Prior to Massington’s commitment to UCLA in the middle of December, the 6-3, 200-pounder held offers from Alabama, Arizona State, Baylor, Colorado, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and many others.
Massington was pledged to USC until December, when they told him that they did not have room for him to enroll early, sparking a wild two-week stretch that saw him visit Alabama, UCLA, and Arizona State before settling on the Bruins.
