He was seen attempting to kick a passing car on a street near UVA’s campus prior to the arrest. The incident did not cost him his scholarship offer from the Cavaliers, though.
MIzzell is considered a four-star prospect and the second-best all-purpose back in the class of 2013 by 247Sports. Rivals rates him as a five-star prospect and the No. 1 all-purpose back in the class.

Peter Casey-US PRESSWIRETaquan Mizzell, considered the top running back in the country by some, was arrested for allegedly drinking underageon the same weekend the prospect took his official visit to Virginia.
Mizzell was arrested in Charlottesville early Sunday morning, according to local NBC reporter Matt Talheim, who tweeted the news alongside a picture of MIzzell’s mug shot. The minor will face misdemeanor charges for underage drinking, according to Talheim. The arrest reportedly occurred after Mizzell kicked a passing car.
