Robert Nkemdiche visiting Ole Miss again, not Kentucky

In between talking about Chip Kelly’s departure for the NFL and the whole Manti T’eo fake-girlfriend saga, there was a brief moment there when recruitniks were surprised to learn that the top recruit in the country, Loganville (Ga.) Grayson defensive end Robert Nkemdiche, was going to take a visit to Kentucky.

Now, the Wildcats have some recruiting ties to Nkemdiche after new head coach Mark Stoops and a former Florida State assistant made their way to Lexington, and have certainly generated some positive momentum, but something seemed a little odd about it.

Odd enough to prompt SB Nation Recruiting to do a little bit of investigating. It turns out that it was all a mistake. A typo, actually, to be more precise:

Certainly not the biggest revelation of the day, either.

So the Rebels will receive yet another visit from Nkemdiche, whose older brother, Denzel, is a linebacker in Oxford, and still remain in the driver’s seat to land his signature in a few weeks.
