5-star defensive tackle Andrew Brown to commit on June 29
The top defensive tackle in the nation is close to announcing his choice. Will the Virginia native stay in-state or head down south?

Standing 6’4 and weighing in at 282 pounds, Brown is a consensus five-star recruit according to all four major services while also being rated as the best defensive tackle prospect in the entire 2014 recruiting class. More impressive, depending on which service you prefer, he is anywhere from the third to the seventh best overall prospect in the country.
Brown holds offers from essentially every major program in the country, but still included both in-state options Virginia and Virginia Tech in his final four. It’s hard to bet against Alabama when they’re pursuing a recruit, but the prevailing thought is that the Cavaliers have an edge.
Getting a player of Brown’s caliber would be huge for the Cavaliers.
