JT Granato still looking for first offer

The Kinkaid quarterback is receiving a great deal of high-level interest, but the first offer hasn’t come yet.

LEANDER, Texas -- At some point in the not-so-distant future, 2015 Houston (Texas) Kinkaid School quarterback JT Granato will hold a number of offers, most likely from some high-level BCS schools. Right now, however, Granato sits in the second tier of quarterbacks in Texas for the 2015 class, still waiting for that fateful phone call. After the first offer comes in, a number of others should follow.

SB Nation Recruiting caught up with the 6’2, 205-pound gunslinger on Thursday at the Texas 7on7 State Championship, where the Kinkaid product talked about the recruiting process, his childhood favorite, and where the Texas A&M Aggies have him on their quarterback board.
