TV Williams set to announce July 9

The consensus three-star wide receiver already knows where he is going.

BEAVERTON, Oregon -- McKinney (Texas) wide receiver TV Williams already knows where he is going to attend college, but won’t make the news public until his announcement on July 9.

SB Nation Recruiting caught up with the 5’8, 144-pound wide receiver at The Opening to get his thoughts on his experience in Oregon, as well as the two schools thought to lead for his services -- Kentucky and Nebraska.
