With IMG teammate Savion Smith riding his hoverboard over to LSU, some believe the Tigers are in the lead, but Florida State and Florida are both in competition as well. Interestingly, Manual cites USF as “home” and the program he is the most comfortable with.
The 6-4, 290-pound Manuel projects as a quicker, three-technique-type defensive tackle in some schemes or as a strong-side end in others. He ranks 7th at defensive tackle and 42nd overall in the 247 Sports composite rankings.
