Patterson is competing at the Elite 11 Finals at The Opening in Oregon this week, but SB Nation’s Bud Elliott caught up with him back at the IMG 7-on-7 National Championships in Florida in June to discuss his recruitment, calling his own plays, what made Ole Miss so special to him and more.
Patterson stands 6’2 and weighs in at 195 pounds. The Shreveport (La.) Calvary Baptist star had offers from essentially every major program in the country, but chose to commit to Ole Miss back in February of 2015 and hasn’t wavered on that since.
