Watch Jalen Green, the elite Texas CB signee that so many teams were after
Green is one of the most talented cornerbacks in the 2018 class.

Four-star cornerback Jalen Green was one of the most sought-after defensive backs in the 2018 recruiting cycle. He signed today after committing to Texas in July. He’s the No. 6 cornerback in the class, and No. 4 prospect out of the state of Texas, per the 247Sports Composite.
Green had nearly 40 offers from schools according to 247Sports, but narrowed down his list to 13 schools in April via his Twitter account.
He also accepted an invitation to the U.S. Army All-America Bowl that will be played in January.
One of the things about Green that stands out when watching him play is his physicality and athleticism when matching up against receivers. Plus, at 6’1, he’s able to play with some length, too.
The Houston (Texas) Heights High School prospect will be making plays on defense in Austin now. Given his ability as a corner, there’s no question why he’s become such a highly touted prospect.
