The Minnesota Golden Gophers visit Madison on Saturday needing their first Big Ten win of 2012 and their first grasp of Paul Bunyan's Axe since 2003. Getting that first win in Camp Randall Stadium, where Wisconsin has won 20 straight, with a hobbled MarQueis Gray and a porous run defense will be a tall order.

Minnesota is allowing over 150 yards on the ground. Wisconsin has Montee Ball, who ran for 247 yards Saturday against Purdue in a 38-14 win. Ball broke Ron Dayne's Big Ten touchdown record with three scores last week - he has 72 touchdowns in his Badger career.
Minnesota quarterback MarQueis Gray is still limited with an ankle sprain, though he might play some snaps at wide receiver as more traditional passer Max Shortell takes the snaps. Any spark Gray can provide on offense is welcome. The Golden Gophers have scored 24.2 points per game, and only 26 points in two Big Ten losses.
Game time, TV channel: 12 p.m. ET, ESPNU
Point spread: Wisconsin opened as 17.5 point favorites, a line that hasn’t moved on most books.
