Texas Tech vs. TCU 2012 video highlights: Red Raiders win triple overtime shootout

The Texas Tech Red Raiders won a shootout with the TCU Horned Frogs in a 56-53 victory.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders and TCU Horned Frogs had perhaps the game of the week with a triple-overtime thriller in Fort Worth. Here are the video highlights of Texas Tech's 56-53 victory.

TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin and Texas Tech quarterback Seth Doege went back-and-forth in an impressive aerial duel. Boykin threw for over 300 yards, with four touchdown passes and two interceptions. Doege responded with a 300 yard-plus passing game of his own, including seven touchdown throws.

In overtime, Boykin and Doege would trade touchdown passes to send the game into a second OT session. Texas Tech scored immediately in the second overtime on a 25-yard connection between Doege and Jakeem Grant, but the Horned Frogs responded when Boykin threw it into the flat for B.J. Catalon to tie things up at 50. After TCU kicked a field goal in the third overtime, Doege would end the game by finding Alex Torres down the middle for an eight yard touchdown throw.
