UCLA vs. Cal 2012 video highlights: Zach Maynard’s career night propels Bears to win
The California Golden Bears beat the UCLA Bruins behind a solid passing performance by Zach Maynard, as he found Keenan Allen, C.J. Anderson and Brendan Bigelow for his four touchdowns.


Maynard had perhaps his best games as a Golden Bear, completing 25 of 30 passes for 295 yards while throwing four touchdowns. Maynard found C.J. Anderson early in the second quarter to give Cal the lead for good to make it a 10-7 game, then connected with Keenan Allen twice and Brendan Bigelow once on two more scores to open the game up. Cal also forced six UCLA turnovers to keep the Bruins from getting any momentum going offensively.
Allen had eight catches for 79 yards and two touchdowns, and Cal tight end Richard Rodgers also had seven catches for 129 yards. Anderson added a 68 yard rushing touchdown to cap things off, as he finished with 163 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on the game.
