There’s been a lot of, well, nothing, when it comes to the status of Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein. After suffering a head injury against Oklahoma State last week, KSU head coach Bill Snyder acted like he was protecting government secrets, not indicating one way or the other how Klein was doing.

Still no official word on whether the Heisman hopeful will play, but signs point to yes.
Today, it seemed as though the Wildcats were ’hopeful’ the star QB would be playing against TCU, and it’s definitely a good sign that he is in pads and warming up.

This game was a potential trap game regardless for KSU as the Wildcats try to keep their undefeated season and shot at a BCS title alive, but when it comes to head injuries, a kid’s safety should come first. If Klein is back under center, that means he’s assumedly got the green light and has passed every test.
