The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs move to 9-1 on the season after their 62-55 victory over the Texas State Bobcats.


Colby Cameron led the Bulldogs offense by completing 31 of his 45 passes, throwing for 337 passing yards and three touchdowns. D.J. Banks was Cameron's favorite target, hauling in 5 receptions for 96 yards and one touchdown. Louisiana Tech moved the ball effectively on the ground as well, with two rushers over 100 yards. Ray Holley led the team in yards, carrying the ball 28 times for 149 yards and one score. Kenneth Dixon also had an impressive day, rushing for 139 yards and four touchdowns on 19 carries.
Texas State quarterback Shaun Rutherford threw for 234 yards and two touchdowns, going 21-37 on the day. Bradley Miller had a strong day receiving, catching five balls for 65 yards and two touchdowns. Marcus Curry led the Bobcats rushing attack, running for 134 yards and two scores on just 13 carries.
