LSU vs. Mississippi State 2012 video highlights:

The LSU Tigers rocked up the Mississipi State Bulldogs to bounce back from their tough loss to Alabama.

Here are the video highlights of LSU’s decisive 37-17 victory over Mississippi State.


The Bulldogs struck first, as Dak Prescott would find Marcus Green for nine yards in the end zone to give Mississippi State a 7-0 lead. After LSU got two field goals from Drew ALleman, the Tigers would take the lead on a Zach Mettenberger 19 yard touchdown pass to Jarvis Landry. Metteberger would then find Spencer Ware in the end zone for 20 yards to give LSU a 20-10 lead at halftime.

The Bulldogs cut the lead to 20-17 when Tyler Russell found Chad Bumpis for 14 yards, but then LSU would get a field goal and J.C. Copeland rushed it in from one yard out to put LSU up 30-17. Mettenberger would throw for 273 yards and two touchdowns on the night to pace the LSU offense.

Craig Lotson would then put the game on ice in the 4th quarter when he picked off a Tyler Russell pass for 100 yards.
