Florida's Jeff Driskel will play this weekend against Florida State, Gators coach Will Muschamp said Monday.
Jeff Driskel injury update: Florida quarterback will play vs. Florida State
The sophomore will play, but it’s unknown if he will start.

Muschamp didn’t say how much Driskel would play, however, or even if the sophomore would start Saturday.
Driskel injured his ankle in the third quarter of a game against UL-Lafayette on Nov. 10. He did not play against Jacksonville State on Saturday.
Driskel worked out Sunday and isn’t expected to practice Monday, according to the Orlando Sentinel. He is supposed to practice Tuesday, though.
The Gators have relied upon Jacoby Brissett at quarterback with Driskel out. Against Jacksonville State, Brissett was 14-of-22 for 154 yards and no touchdowns.
In 10 games this season, Driskel has completed 64 percent of his passes for 1,318 yards. He has 10 touchdowns and three interceptions. Driskel is also a scrambling threat. He’s averaging 42.4 yards per game and has four touchdowns this season.
Brissett has played in four games this year. He’s completed 65 percent of his passes for 249 yards and a touchdown.
The No. 4 Gators travel to play rival No. 10 Florida State on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET.
