San Diego State vs. Boise State 2012 game previews, TV schedule, odds and more
Boise State is undefeated in Mountain West play, but the Broncos will get a tough test from surging San Diego State on Saturday.

While the Broncos have a seven-game winning streak, the Aztecs have won four straight and are just a 1/2-game behind Boise State in the Mountain West standings. After starting the starting the season 2-3, San Diego State is now 6-3 overall and 4-1 in conference play. The Aztecs will play their second full game without starting quarterback Ryan Katz, but have one of the top rushing attacks in the country.
San Diego State is 18th among FBS teams, averaging 223.1 rushing yards per game. The Aztecs are lead by Adam Muema and Walter Kazee. Muema leads the team with 892 rushing yards and nine touchdowns while Kazee has rushed for 644 yards and seven scores.
The Broncos are atop the Mountain West standings, thanks in large part to a dominant defense which has allowed just 13.6 points per game this season. Boise State has allowed more than 17 points just once this season. They are 15th in the country in total defense, allowing 311.0 yards per game. While the defense has been stout this season, the Broncos will be without a couple of key players. Cornerback Bryan Douglas will miss the game after tearing his ACL last week while safety Lee Hightower will not play due to suspension.
Saturday’s game will be just the second meeting between the two teams. Boise State knocked off San Diego State 52-35 last season.
